Description of product

1.1 Summary:

This equipment is specially used for producingΦ8-Φ32mm, δ0.4-1.2mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe(δ≤1.0mm).The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to copper-plating pipe coiled. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

1.2 Applicable material:

(1)Hot or cold-rolled steel strip (As per GB700-88)

(2)Material: Low-carbon steel, low alloy steel

(3)The thickness of steel strip: 0.4-1.2mm (As per GB708-88)

(4)The width of steel strip: 25-100mm

(5)I.D. of steel coil: Φ450-Φ550mm

(6)O.D. of steel coil: Φ800-Φ1200mm

(7) Maximum weight coil: 800kgs

1.3 Dimension range of processing steel pipe:

1.4 Product (steel pipe) process flow:

 Raw material (steel coil)→uncoiling→shearing and butt-welding→material accumulating→passively leveling→mill-forming→high-frequency welding→ removing burrs outside of weld seam→cooling→sizing→roughly straightening→fixed length cutting→run-out table

(11)Machine unit electric circuit. Before assembling, circuit must reach the electric cabinet of high-frequency room. Electric connection for high-frequency room to overall control table and button station. (Decide size and quantity when installation on site, purchase from market)

(12)High-frequency room for machine unit. Adopting ground or attic according to customer’s layout.

(13)One set of air compressor. (Purchase from market)

2.Introduction of main components:

2.1 Uncoiler:

Structure form: Double-side manual expanding, which ensure steel coil feeding alternatively and make steel strip go into accumulator freely.

Applicable range:

Steel strip width:25-100mm

Steel strip thickness:0.4-1.2mm

Steel coil O.D. : Φ800-Φ1200mm

Steel coil I.D. : Φ450-Φ550mm

Steel coil weight: 800kgs

2.2 Shear and butt-welder, which ensures double steel coil shearing tidily and then welding together and leveling weld seam.(users prpvide for themselves or market purchasing)

2.3Accumulator: The strips stored in it shall be enough to ensure main machine to run continuously while welding two coiled strips.

(1)Form: Cage-type plate-welded part with automatic feeding and delivery system.

(2)Adjusting method: Manual spiral adjusting.

(3)Accumulating volume: 150-300M.

(4)Feeding motor: AC 1.5KW

2.4 Forming, welding and sizing unit:

(1)Feeding and leveling steel strips device:

a.  Type: 9 rolls are passively leveled for straightening strip steel before it is fed into forming unit.

b.  Guiding roll: One pair

Mainly rough milling forming steel strip and controlling weld seam.

a.  One set of guide roll stand for controlling direction of pipe seam to ensure pipe seam flatly and straightly entering into extruding rollers.

b.  Two sets of extruding roll stand for controlling weld seam to realize successful welding.

c.  Two sets of scraper frame for scraping burrs outside weld seam

d.  Installation bed along with forming machine

(4) Cooling system: Water shower type cooling with water sink.

(5) Sizing device:

Mainly fine shaping pipe after welding and controlling size accuracy.

a. Each 6 sets of horizontal roll stand and vertical roll stand, three sets of gearbox branch (double connection), 12 sets of universal shaft.(structure same as forming device)

b. Roughly straightening machine frame:

Usage: It is mainly used for straightening of finished pipe roughly online.

Type: Turk’s head type,                Both side 2 rolls

(6) Main driving system: The main unit is connected with main reducer by main motor and transmits power to gearbox branches, then gearbox branches drive upper and down shafts on horizontal roll frame.
