Description of the process:
Ø KDON-1400Y/2000 complete set of Liquid air separation plant is based on the air different boiling point of each component, pressurized air, pre-cooling, through molecular sieves to remove H2O and CO2,in the intermediate pressure heat exchanger is cooled to liquefaction temperature, then enters into the distillation column to participate rectification, thereby obtaining liquid oxygen, nitrogen products.
Ø This plant is of MS purification of air with boosting turbine expander process
◆ Raw air goes to air filter for removal of dust and mechanical impurity and enters air turbine compressor where air is compressed to ~1.1MpaA. Then goes to Air pre-cooling system, temp. drop to around 10℃ then enters into two sets of switching operation MS absorber, get rid of H2O,CO2,C2H2 e etc. impurity. After purified air through expander boosting then goes into cold box. Air which after boosting separates to two parts, one part via heat exchange cool to ~250K then extract and enter into cryogenic chiller cooled to around ~243K then goes to main heat exchanger continue cooling, after cooled air extract from middle of heat exchanger, goes into expander for expansion, one part of air which after expansion goes into heat exchanger then re-heat goes out of cold box, another part enters into upper column directly; another part of air through reflux gas cooled to liquid type, via cryogenic expander expansion then send to lower column
Ø Air via lower column Preliminary rectification,get liquid air from lower column,waste liquid N2 and pure liquid N2. Get liquid air, waste liquid N2 and pure liquid N2 from lower column,via liquid air liquid N2 sub cooler cooling throttle to upper column. Through upper column further rectification,get 99.6% liquid O2 from bottom of upper column,as product out of cold box. From top of accessory column get some N2, after re-heat as product goes out of cold box.
Ø Get waste N2 from top of upper column,through sub cooler and main heat exchanger re-heat goes out of cold box,get some part of waste N2 enter into MS purification system,as re-generation gas,others vent.
Compressor uses turbine air compressor,The compressed air free of oil, to ensure the use of molecular sieve properties, was not subject to oil pollution and failure to ensure the safe and normal operation.
Air pre-cooling units, cryogenic refrigeration units
Uses imported semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressor, can be adapted to the harsh
working conditions, and once you make a mistake and cause damage to the compressor,
the ease of maintenance. Compressor has high and low pressure and overheating
protection function from the main refrigeration components are used the most advanced
Danfoss company's products, making the device reliable operation; cold by the thermal
expansion valve to regulate, laminated evaporator for efficient heat, heat exchangers, high
efficiency, compact structure, etc..
Molecular sieve purification system (automatic switching)
Purifier uses dual adsorption structure, one set in running, another regeneration.
MS uses 13X-4X8 Head Ball-type MS forCO2 and H2Oadsorption capacity, ensure clean air into the column, so that the whole distillation column runs longer. Use of foreign advanced technology purifiers electric heating for effective control, interlock, to prevent electric heater and the heating temperature is too high and dry damaged heating pipes, effectively extending the life of the heater.
Distillation column
Distillation column uses highly efficient boosting turbo-expander, allowing device is stable operation;Sieve plate column with aluminum structure and efficient aluminum plate-fin structure and the main cold main heat exchanger, so that the entire device is compact. Cold box welded seal structure, the outer surface elegant appearance. Internal and external anti-corrosion measures taken.
