3.1 C2H2 generator:
Carbine is open to drop into water. The generator is of low pressure, wet type . It consists of hopper, shell of generator, distributor, washing cooler and slug discharge mechanism, etc. This generator is of simple structure, carbide requirement is wide and there no need of crusher and dust remover. So as to reduce the investment. Generator washing equipment is combined with water sealer as one which is fit for safe operation. During feed of raw material there is no need of nitrogen to replace so that the acetylene is pure.
Requirement for the generator:working tempt.≤80℃,working pressure≤7.0Kpa,V=5m3,size of the carbide:∮10-200mm.
3.2 Gas holder:
It is of water tank structure(wet type) which consists of water tank, bell, mask and rail. The volume is V=10 m3. Tempt. is ambient. Working tempt. is 5.0Kpa. It is used for equalizing of the pressure between generator and compressor inlet pressure.
3.3 C2H2 purifier:
It is of sulfuric acid wet technology which consists of purification equipment shell, inlet pipe, gas distributor and sleeve cooler.V=0.52 m3, working tempt. 40℃,working pressure 0.05Mpa.
3.4 Low pressure drier:
It adopts dry technology which consists of shell, inlet pipe and sieve plates. Calcium chloride with no content of water is used for dry agent to absorb the moisture in C2H2. V=0.m3,working tempt. 40℃,working pressure 0.05Mpa.
3.5 Reciprocating C2H2 compressor:
After-purified C2H2 is compressed to 2.5Mpa by C2H2 compressor. Io meet requirement for filling, the machine is of anti-explosion type with HP and LP interlock to guarantee the safety of operation. The compressor is of compact structure with small size of 3-stage ,Z-type, working pressure:2.5Mpa,discharge capacity 0~48m3/h.
3. 6. Diaphragm compressor
M2V-20/1-25 C2H2 diaphragm compressor is used for compression of C2H2 to 2.5Mpa. It consists of crank shaft box, crank shaft, main and auxiliary connecting rods and 1st and 2nd stage cylinder in V series. Each cylinder has cylinder cover, oil disk and cylinder body. Under control of the valve, each vibration of diaphragm to finish each inlet and discharge process. Diaphragm separates cylinder and oil cylinder completely so that gas only contacts metal diaphragm so that there is no pollution of oil to guarantee the quality of the medium. Cylinder consists of cylinder cover surface and diaphragm disk as a complete sealed chamber so that the tightness is very nice. The structure is very compact with small size. 2stage ,V-type shape,working pressure:2.5Mpa,discharge capacity 0~20m3/h.
3.7 Filling ramp is of one valve one cylinder which is easy for operation. Upper side there is spraying water to cool to reduce the tempt. of cylinder. There are 108cylinder positions. Working pressure:2.5Mpa,working tempt:ambient tempt.
